Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including hand wash station, dish washing machine, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor. Wash and disinfect kitchen area.
Empty and maintain trashcans and dumpster area. Break down cardboard boxes and place them in the recycle bin. Dispose of glass in the proper containers.
Clean kitchen tools and equipment, restaurant, dining rooms, ceiling, walls, floors, vents, food storage areas. Clean and maintain loading dock, storage and stock areas.
