- Provide medical care and support to students in a school setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Perform health assessments and screenings.
- Manage student health records and documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to promote student health and well-being.
- Accompany students on bus rides as necessary, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.
- Provide one-on-one health office duties as required.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to ride buses with students during transportation.
- $35-40 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications).
