    The

    Project Management and Engineering Excellence Organization

    is looking to hire a

    Continuous Improvement Analyst


    who will be responsible for the deployment of our business excellence and continuous improvement system in AD&M across the Engineering function.

    The

    Continuous Improvement Analyst


    will be a Continuous Improvement expert in tools and methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen Facilitation, Problem Solving, and Lean Business System Deployment.

    This person will be responsible for driving business process improvement in the Engineering function within their assigned region and globally.

    This role will appeal to candidates with aspirations of growing in Continuous Improvement in a large, global manufacturing organization. This person will report to the

    Sr Manager, Continuous Improvement

    within the

    Project Management and Engineering Excellence Team . This candidate will be onsite in Harrisburg, PA.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Support the deployment of the AD&M business system within the Engineering function
    Facilitate training on Lean / Continuous Improvement tools
    Use of Change Management tools and methodologies to support with improvement efforts
    Facilitate Kaizen Events, Problem-Solving Workshops, and Value Stream Mapping sessions
    Manage Continuous Improvement Pipeline within areas of responsibility
    Coach others on the Lean Mindset and tools
    Qualifications


    Required Qualifications:
    5+ years' experience in Engineering, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management
    Bachelor's Degree preferred
    Certified Design for Six Sigma required
    Highly effective communicator and influencer, with the necessary communication and presentation skills to inspire and educate audiences in Lean Principles and run Kaizen Events all levels of the organization
    Organization savvy, to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in project management in complex organizations operating on a global scale preferred

    COMPENSATION

    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience:
    $90, ,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.

    TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
