    Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem

    Holly Hill Hospital - Main Campus

    Raleigh, North Carolina


    As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.


    Schedule:
    This per diem position works one weekend a month, both Saturday and Sunday, days shifts. This position will also cover additional shifts as needed for current staff PTO and sick days.

    About the Facility:

    Holly Hill Hospital-Main campus is a 168 bed, Joint Commission accredited behavioral health hospital located in the Raleigh North Carolina, which provides inpatient services for adults and seniors facing mental health and addiction challenges.

    Services include inpatient mental health and addiction treatment, for ages 18 and up with adult mood disorders, panic and anxiety, bipolar and personality disorders, PTSD and trauma, grief and loss, depression, suicidal thoughts, schizophrenia and substance abuse/chemical dependency.

    CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

    About the Pharmacy:
    The Pharmacy is open Monday through Sunday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. HCS is the pharmacy order entry system and this facility utilizes Omnicell automated dispensing cabinets.


    Required Qualifications:

    • BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
    • North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
    • Previous hospital pharmacist experience preferred
    • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
    • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
    • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
    • Effective communications skills; verbal and written

    Hospital Requirements (may be required):
    * (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
    * (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity

    • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
    • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
    * (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th

    • COVID Vaccine
