    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for providing nursing services and treatments to group home residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Quality Care: Develop and implement individualized care plans to cater to each resident's unique needs. Ensure that these plans are implemented by conducting periodic audits of health care records.
    2. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, physicians, and support staff. As appropriate, attend medical appointments or case conferences with other providers.
    3. Educate: Provide guidance and education to residents and their families regarding health and wellness.
    4. Advocate: Ensure that every individual in our care has a voice and their needs are met with the utmost respect.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Licensure from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in Practical Nursing (LPN) required.
    • One year experience in a licensed practical nurse position preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with experience with developmentally disabled individuals or in a nursing home environment and with experience with DDS regulations and procedures.
    • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
    • A compassionate, patient, and proactive individual.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Commitment to ethical and professional standards
