- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Current good standing with the California State Bar (please DO NOT apply if you do not have a California bar license)
- 2+ years of civil/general litigation experience. Trial experience is a plus
- 1+ years experience with real estate claims and the discovery process
- Demonstrable experience researching, analyzing, deposing, and handling cases
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing, communication, and case analysis abilities

- Proficient with the latest trends and best practices in litigation
- Team player but also a self-starter who has experience handling caseload independently
- Salary Range $110,000-$160,000 + bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience and education.
