    Operations Associate

    HB Wealth is seeking an Operations Associate to support our client-facing team and back-end systems in executing wealth management plans.

    1. Review requests, verify completion, and ensure accurate reporting for financial planners and clients.
    2. Maintain internal reporting systems, setup monitoring, and complete tasks for quarterly billing.
    3. Pull data from custodian or internal systems as needed.
