The Professional Division of Spherion Mid-Ohio is partnered with an established company in Mansfield, Ohio seeking a Director of Marketing & Development with a competitive salary range of $80K-$120K plus bonus being offered based on experience. If selected, day ONE you are this companies employee** The Director of Marketing & Development will spearhead all marketing and development initiatives, crafting and executing strategies to drive business expansion and enhance brand presence. Collaborating closely with senior management, this individual will create and oversee impactful marketing materials, ensure brand coherence, and cultivate strategic relationships for long-term organizational success for all locations. Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing & Development:

• Heads the organization's efforts in compiling and completing all RFPs and RFQs to secure new job opportunities.
• Develop presentations and prepares scripts to strategically target job opportunities for optimal growth and success of team.
• Develops and manages the organization's brands, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all communications and marketing materials.
• Creates all marketing materials for the organization.
• Manages and administers the organization's websites and social media accounts to align with corporate strategic objectives.
• Oversees the strategic management of the company's digital platforms, including websites and social media, to engage audiences and promote the corporate vision.
• Cultivates and strengthens relationships with industry partners and clients to drive business development initiatives.
• Assists in managing the marketing and advertising budget to allocate resources effectively in line with corporate strategic goals.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills Desired:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field OR a minimum of five years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience; preferably a marketing team.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High-energy individual with a proven ability to cultivate strong community relationships.
• Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in Mansfield, Ohio office location.
