POSITION OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct virtual meetings with clients to assess their insurance needs
• Present and explain insurance policy options to clients
• Generate leads and referrals through networking and outreach
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Continuously update knowledge of insurance products and industry trends

QUALIFICTIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using technology and online tools
