    Inviting applications for our NEXTGEN OneData Internship Program.

    We are inviting applications for a OneData Internship where the intern will gain valuable experience by being mentored on projects where there would be extensive use of Analytical techniques and tools including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Visualization, and Data Analytics Automation. The projects can be on any industry such as Financial Services/ Insurance/Hi-Tech and Manufacturing/Consumer Goods/retail/Life Sciences/ Healthcare and would focus on the building of new tools, products and solutions for the rapidly involving Analytical application in these spaces.

    This will be a 10-week internship program. The intent of the internship program is to provide practical experience with Digital + Analytics projects and collaborate with Genpact teams. At the end of the program, each intern will have an opportunity to pitch their project to leaders within the company.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities in this role include being part of a team supporting our Transformation Partners to lead and execute strategic projects, with leading companies, to drive transformation through our Data, Technology and Artificial Intelligence capabilities with our industry leading methodologies.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Rising senior in the pursuit of a Bachelor's degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Data and Analytics, Risk Analytics or related field
    • Passion to disrupt existing large enterprise business processes with analytical intervention
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word
    • Work with a startup mentality, challenge status quo and ready for intellectual stimulation
    • Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written
    • Excellent presentation skills - in person & virtually
    • Ability to work effectively in team environments
    • Able to create & maintain relationship easily
    • Ability to thrive in ambiguity
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous part-time or internship experience in a professional environment
    • Theoretical and practical knowledge of building predictive and prescriptive patterns for analyzing operational data
    • Exposure to Analytical Toolkits such as R, SAS, Weka, Python, Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker etc.
    • Familiarity with analytical platforms and algorithms such as machine learning
    • Preparing Data Marts from Data Lakes to support the required Analytical build
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
    • Can do attitude with the ability to Learn new technology and concepts, analyze problems and propose creative solutions
