    Job Summary:
    This position requires extensive knowledge and sales experience in the environmental hazardous waste industry.

    This job requires in-person meetings at customers sites, contact via the telephone, email, and video conferencing as well as the use of CRM software.

    This position focuses on selling and servicing both large direct accounts and indirect accounts.

    A company vehicle or allowance is provided for this job and an extensive amount of travel is required for this job.


    Primary Duties:

    The main responsibilities of an Executive Account Manager, revolve around the ability to utilize in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, video conferencing and the use of CRM to build relationships with both potential and existing accounts to utilize Giant Resource Recovery waste services.

    Frequent Tasks (Weekly/Monthly/Annually): Annually provide a budget and presentation at the annual Commercial Team Meeting.

    Attend monthly meetings which will include but not limited to:
    Accounts Receivable Calls, Monthly Team calls, and weekly meetings as required. The frequent use of CRM is also required and expected each week.


    Required skill, experience, and education:
    Bachelors degree in environmental studies, business, marketing, economics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
    A strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    A strong knowledge of the hazardous and non-hazardous waste approval paperwork and procedures.
    A commitment to excellent customer service.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and prospects.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.


    Job Duties:

    The main responsibilities of an Executive Account Manager include but are not limited to;Contact prospective customers utilizing leads generate from Concertive or similar programsUtilizing CRM to telemarket/canvas identifying potential customers for GRR and setting up in-person meetings to further advance the relationship with targets;Visit customer sites to provide sales presentations to prospective and existing clientsMeet or exceed sales goals.

    Work with Sales Manager to negotiate special pricing with prospective clients.
    Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

    Maintain client communication, contacts, and records on CRM program weeklyTraveling minimum 3 days per week visiting existing customers (customer service/relationship strengthening) and potential customers (Selling GRR services/developing relationship).Maintain any required weekly and monthly reports.

    Communicate daily with your assigned Customer Service Representative to assist with any service requests/issues with your customer base.
    Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
    Understand and promote company programs.
    Assist Accounts Receivable to obtain past due balance of payment from clients.

    Provide total customer management which includes establishing account (obtaining credit information etc.), Negotiating pricing and submitting pricing paperwork to GRR A/R,Other duties as required by manager.
