    As a Barista at Corewell Health Starbucks, you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers.

    Here are the key responsibilities:

    Beverage Production:
    Prepare a wide variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, following standardized recipes.
    Master the art of combining complex ingredients to create delightful drinks that satisfy our customers' cravings.


    Fast-Paced Environment:
    Thrive in a dynamic, high-volume work setting.
    Keep up with the hustle and bustle, ensuring prompt service without compromising quality.


    Specialized Equipment:
    Utilize specialized kitchen equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, to craft perfect beverages.
    Your expertise with these tools will elevate the coffee experience for our patrons.


    Quality Control:
    Train your discerning palate to identify ingredients and finished products that meet our rigorous quality standards.
    Maintain consistency and excellence in every cup served.


    Safety and Sanitation:
    Adhere to safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.
    Keep the work area clean, organized, and hygienic.


    Customer Delight:
    Interact with customers warmly and professionally.

    Qualifications:
    Previous barista experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic beginners.
    Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow.
    Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
