    Description
    Our client is looking for a _*Certified Welding Inspector *_to join their team in Waukesha, WI.


    Shift*:
    2nd shift; We are a leading provider in the industry, committed to excellence and innovation. As a _*Quality Inspector*_, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of quality and precision.
    *Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

    • Perform comprehensive layout inspections using precision instruments.
    • Conduct various inspections including structural steel, weld, and NDE inspections.
    • Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections.
    *Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    • Flexibility to adapt to plant production schedules.
    • Experience using measuring instruments and computers.
    *Technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
    * *Proficiency in CMM operation and programming is advantageous.

    • Level II qualification in at least three Nondestructive testing methods (PT, MT, VT, UT).
    • Valid driver's license for occasional travel to vendor locations.
    *Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.
