    Electrical Engr IV Job Description

    This position supports the NSWCPD Code 431 Aircraft, Vehicle, Ship & Material Handling and Stowage, and Code 433 Launch, Recovery & Hydraulic Systems branches. Key responsibilities include in-service engineering for various systems such as crane davit submarine hydraulic surface ship steering hydraulic systems aircraft elevators powered closures doors vertical package conveyors anchors mooring towing well deck vehicle ramps stowage systems.

    Engineering tasks are concentrated in the areas of Ship Change Document SCD Maintenance Testing Research Design Testing Evaluation RDT&E Integrated Logistics support ILS Installation.

    Required Skills Experience:
    • Ten years professional experience with Naval HM&E systems.
    Degree Requirements:
    • Master's level degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
      • Must be a US Citizen.
      • A secret security clearance is required.
