Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an IT company based in Lewes, Delaware.
This role will primarily focus on providing assistance to clients with computer or other technology related issues whether it's software, hardware, networking, applications, etc.
In this role you will start mainly working the front desk and documenting customer issues then routing the service order to the lead technician/owner.
In this role you will be exposed to technician work which will allow you to eventually move into a more technical role as the lead technician/owner is wanting to bring someone under his wing to further developer their IT skills.
