- Capture new business opportunities in the international and domestic Signals Intelligence marketplace, focusing on Satellite Communications, Communications Intelligence, Direction Finding Systems, and more.
- Lead internal research and development supporting multiple programs, driving innovation and growth.
- Maintain regular contact with Intelligence Community and Defense customers to stay ahead in the SIGINT, COMINT, DF, and EW marketplace.
- Collaborate with customers to develop system Concept of Operations (CONOPS), architectures, and requirements for SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW systems.
- Align business area strategy, capabilities, investments, and offerings within these markets by working closely with technical and management teams.
- Perform competitor analyses and establish teaming relationships as needed.
- Work closely with Export Compliance to obtain export licenses for business pursuits in the international marketplace.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or STEM required, or Master's degree and 8+ years of experience.
- 10+ years of experience in related fields, including knowledge of direction-finding systems, arrays, algorithms, and RF signal processing system designs.
- System modeling, simulation, and algorithm development skills are essential.
- Experience analyzing and characterizing SATCOM signals, collecting and analyzing communication signals in L, C, and K spectrums is required.
- A detailed understanding of the SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW marketplace, including major customers and industry competitors, is necessary.
- Ability to travel worldwide up to 20%.
