LHH is working with our valued client who is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their team.

The Senior Estimator will play a key role in the project bidding process, providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to understand project requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and other project expenses.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather information and obtain competitive pricing.
Utilize estimating software and tools to accurately calculate costs and produce comprehensive bid proposals.
Review and analyze subcontractor and vendor bids to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
Maintain accurate records of estimate revisions, bid results, and project documentation.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+years of experience in construction estimating, with a proven track record of successfully bidding and winning projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm ON-SITE

Salary Range:
$130,000-$160,000 plus bonus
