Job summary
The Facilities Technician is responsible for assisting the Operations Manager or Manager on Duty with the implementation of safety plans, operating standards and guidelines, troubleshooting, repairs, and performing preventative maintenance required to maintain the physical assets of the property.Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various building systems
- Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property
- Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property including painting drywall parking lots sidewalks plumbing repairs clears drain stoppages lighting flooring roof.
