GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE), Department of Transportation (DoT), Pipeline and

Hazardous Safety Administration (PHMSA), and Department of Defense (DoD).


  • Be able to assign and oversee staff for high-demand workloads for peak season blackout periods from May
01 through July 15 (4th of July peak) and November 01 to December 31 (New Year's peak)


  • Availability and willingness to work all required overtime.
  • Willing to alter schedule to accommodate ME time zone when needed.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Coordinate with the ME Design Team for International and Domestic show packing to receive the Finale
Sales Order (SO) to meet the schedule.


  • Creates, commits, and packs Finale SO for all show design, both international and domestic.
  • Creation of BOM picking lists, Bill of Materials (BOM), Manufacturing Orders (MO), Cueing report and
labels, and distribution to the show folder for PBG handoff from the customer and for international

processes.


  • Coordinates with PBG Compliance Specialist to ensure Finale Inventory and Sage 300 are in sync with all
incoming shipments and updated inventories.


  • Uploads all incoming shipments and inventory returns to the Finale Inventory system for both international
and domestic show operations.


  • Responsible for all other Finale Inventory transactions.
  • Has full oversight of the Production Schedule, communicates with PBG Fireworks Production Manager to
review the packing schedule and ensure deliveries are on time, with coordination of PBG and FBG

directors.


  • Communicates production needs by dates with ME Designers to ensure PbG can meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for all FbG BATFE compliance and completes all transactions to ensure they are processed
within the compliance timeline, including all ME inventory updates.


  • Creates the Disposition and Acquisitions records for FBG Fireworks and distributes to the appropriate
office for record keeping and availability for BATFE audits. (New York, Nevada, etc)


  • Logs report on any product deficiencies reported on show sites, unexpended reports, or test evaluations
with coordinating with FbG Director of Operations pushes the report to the PBG Quality Director and

Production Manager.


  • Participates in the testing evaluations for incoming and R & D, records data, and reports issues to the FBG
Design team.


  • Available to go out on show sites as a pyrotechnician and to help recognize improvements needed
involving products or provide feedback to the design team.


  • Conducts audits of the PbG Inventory Compliance Team's inventory management and record-keeping
processes to ensure adherence to BATF regulations, in coordination with the FbG Director of Operations.


  • Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and implement solutions to
enhance operational effectiveness.


  • Maintain full responsibility for all FbG inventory across U.S. and Middle East (ME) locations, ensuring
accuracy and accountability at all times.


  • Coordinate with the ME Business Manager and Production Manager to schedule, conduct, and reconcile
physical inventory counts, reporting results and discrepancies for accuracy checkpoints.


  • Manage all show-related inventory processes for the ME team, ensuring products are accurately pulled
according to approved picking lists and that all returns are properly documented and processed.


  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates are entered into the inventory management system following
shows, transfers, and returns.


  • Prepare and provide inventory reports and requested packing lists to the ME Business Manager as needed.
  • Record and post inventory transactions for all ME shipments received, working closely with the ME
Business Manager and Production Manager to confirm shipment accuracy against packing lists and resolve

discrepancies as needed.


  • Assist and be present during audits, internal and external.
  • Establish and maintain a positive human relations climate in the department, utilizing good communication
practices and expeditious handling of complaints and problems.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and standing for 8-12 hours.
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to move throughout storage facilities and display sites for 8-12 hours per day
