Efficiently perform service and maintenance on small machinery with a focus on all commercial equipment

Assist fellow employees in the shop and otherwise with daily tasks

• Opening and closing duties, as neededFront counter assistance, as needed
• Interacting with customers face-to-face and otherwise in a professional manner
• Helping to solve specialty issues that may arise with customers, management, and fellow employees
• Inside/Outside sales effort
• Assist management and ownership with daily tasks as well as company growth ideas and actionable items
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
• Prompt and timely arrival to work
• Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve necessary goals and complete tasks o Minimum 40-hour work week
• Team-player attitude with willingness to assist to meet company goals and otherwise
• Willingness to assist in training and leading fellow employees

Requirements:

• Preferably with OEM Certification with Briggs Kohler,Kawasaki, Exmark, Scag Stih
