    *TITLE: *HR Generalist

    *LOCATION:* hybrid – Tacoma, WA.

    *EMPLOYMENT TYPE:* contract to hire

    *PAY RANGE: *$25-35/hr.

    *ROLE &


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    We are seeking an HR Generalist for a company that supports clinics around the Puget Sound. This person is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, performance, benefits, etc.

    • Prepare required reports and distribute to designated individuals as assigned.
    • Maintain the Paycom portal with information related to HR internal job
    posting announcements, policies, and company news updates.

    • Assist in processing status/position changes, terminations and exit
    interviews.

    • Provide backup entry for new hires into HRIS system
    • Be a resource for benefit information and assist with open enrollment
    • Reconcile benefit statements from carriers and make any necessary
    adjustments.

    • Track FMLA hours taken and assist in processing FMLA/PFML or other leave
    requests.

    • Assist in Accommodation requests.
    • Answer and respond to Unemployment claims.
    *ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 4-6 years of experience
    • HR related HR degree or certification
