    Compensation: $220,000 - $350,000+

    Daily Guarantee: $850

    What You'll Do

    • Provide high-quality restorative dentistry.
    • Manage an established patient base from diagnosis to completion.
    • Communicate treatment options clearly and conservatively.
    • Collaborate with a skilled, supportive clinical team.
    • Grow clinically through mentorship and expanded procedures.

    Compensation & Benefits

    • 34% of adjusted production.
    • Daily guarantee of $850/day for 6 months.
