    Summary:

    Presbyterian Hospital is hiring experienced Anesthesia Techs to join the Operating Room.

    The Anesthesia Technician plays a critical role in supporting our anesthesia team and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of anesthesia equipment, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to patient safety.

    Anesthesia Techs provides assistance to the anesthesiologists and CRNAs during the pre, intra, and post-operative care of the patient-receiving anesthesia, provides supplies and equipment for the delivery of anesthesia in all anesthetizing areas and provides cleaning/replacement of supplies and equipment in between operative cases

    Qualifications


    Experience:

    One to two years experience preferred in one of the following areas, Recovery Room, ICU, Emergency Room, Operation Room, Med/Surg, Pharmacy or Bio-Med setting.

    Certifications: Attainment of ASATT (American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians) certification, within five years is required

    Education:High School Diploma or GED
