    We are seeking a payroll specialist to assist with the processing and administration of its multi-state payroll using ADP Vantage for 2000+ employees.


    Responsibilities include:
    Audit timesheet data weekly to determine compliance with Federal and state laws and company policy.

    Independently perform all necessary activities to complete the bi-weekly payroll for 1900+ employees in over 40+ states in the USA and Canada, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and all employee changes.

    Process adjustment payments, Ex. Retro pay and bonuses.
    Review all benefit changes and set up all wage garnishments.
    Prepare management reports and audits.
    Run & create custom reports using ADP Reporting
    Contact ADP to resolve any payroll issues.
    Promptly resolve and respond to employee payroll concerns.
    Transmit benefits after payroll to our providers.
    Handle any special projects as needed.

    Candidate specification:
    College Degree - Preferred but not required.
    4+ years of experience with ADP systems required.
    Accustomed to working in a paperless environment.
    Excellent customer service skills required.

    Skills and Abilities:
    Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications and Intermediate Excel.
    Ability to prioritize effectively.
    Good listening and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
    Work independently and within a team with minimal to no supervision.
    Attention to detail and accuracy.
    Proficient knowledge of payroll tax and labor laws, garnishment requirements, payroll recordkeeping, and reporting regulations.
    Understanding of HIPAA and FLSA regulations.
    Understanding of Payroll and reporting systems.

    Benefits:


    Work out of the Iselin office five days a week as a temp, and the role will convert to a hybrid position if hired.

    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday
    The working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break in between. The total duration of the shift is 8 hours.
    We offer time and a half pay for those occasions when required.
