    Responsibilities

    As the Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the inspection process for our properties


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Scheduling inspections, ensuring they are carried out promptly and in accordance with company policies and standards.
    • Conducting Annual and Semi-Annual Inspections to assess property conditions and compliance.
    • Sending timely notices of inspections to tenants and communicating inspection details effectively.
    • Adding comprehensive notes to inspection records, documenting findings accurately.
    • Managing shared calendars and ensuring all necessary parties are informed of upcoming inspections.
    • Coordinating with the Assistant Property Manager (APM) to provide them with necessary data for further action.
    • Completing Move-Out Inspections to assess property conditions after tenants vacate.
    • Verifying keys' status at each inspection and ensuring proper security measures are in place.
    • Reviewing previous inspections to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
    • Adding relevant and appropriate notes to inspection records for future reference.
    • Sending inspection reports to the Assistant Property Manager (APM) for review and follow-up.
    • Completing necessary re-inspections based on APM's feedback and ensuring compliance.
    • Reviewing passing annual inspections and sharing results with property owners.

    Qualifications

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


    • High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or relevant certifications will be advantageous.
    • Proven experience in administrative and coordination roles, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
    • Proficiency in using digital tools and applications for scheduling, note-taking, and communication.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
    • Familiarity with property inspection processes and relevant regulations is a plus.
