- Process commitments, policies, and endorsements aligning with agency objectives
- Address customer inquiries promptly concerning status, rate quotes, title defects, exceptions, or general details
- Generate reports on a daily and monthly basis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance agency profitability and efficiency
- Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding orders
- Compile policies, commitments, and endorsements for distribution via mail and email
- Ensure accuracy in preparing CPLs
- Complete monthly remittances accurately
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members, meet strict deadlines, efficiently manage workload, and uphold precise record-keeping
- Hold active licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina
- Demonstrated background of a minimum of 2 years in underwriting experience
