- Lead and supervise hospital staff to maintain high care standards and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide professional guidance to nursing personnel, oversee disciplinary issues, compile administrative reports, assess staffing and financial needs, and promote seamless integration of Nursing Services throughout different hospital departments.
- Participate in program improvement and nurse recruitment efforts, conduct training sessions, and support continuous education programs.
- Recruit, train, oversee, and evaluate designated nursing staff members; coordinate responsibilities and streamline nursing services.
- Collaborate in the establishment of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Offer opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth for nursing staff.
- Assess patient needs, participate in providing nursing care, and ensure accurate execution and documentation of services.
- Maintain comprehensive patient health records.
- Manage inventory records for supplies; procure necessary materials and equipment as needed.
