We are in growth mode and are looking for like-minded individuals who have a passion for people and want to contribute to our mission.
To fulfill that goal, we are currently looking for a Regional Director of Residential Programs to serve as the external face of Triple C in the community.
The Regional Director supervises all residential programs with oversight provided by the Director of Programs. Oversees program supervision, implementation and compliance. Directly supports senior and middle management team members in planning, forecasting, and budgeting for program services, and policy administration.Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Communicate, coordinate and ensure compliance with Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), and other governing bodies, in accordance with agency policy and procedures.
In conjunction with the Director of Programs (DOP), develops, amends, and implements agency strategic plan, and policies and procedures; guides the development and implementation of agency systems and operations to achieve effective and efficient workloads and workflow processes involving the residential programs.
Works closely with management team in its efforts to guide the agency through the continuing transition to fee for service and ensures program integrity with respect to Division Contract, obligations, programming and schedules.
Works with Quality Assurance Committee and Compliance Officer to ensure the agency's Quality Assurance/Improvement program(s) are communicated, implemented and evaluated.
Research and implement best practices of the industry; stay informed of innovative practices and engage staff in providing outstanding care.
Practices total quality management and reinforces accountability with the team; manages performance outcomes and coaches for maximum performance impact to improve the quality of life of the program recipients and agency mission.
Provide program supervision and monitor staff performance; coordinates training and support to ensure team members effectively carry out roles and responsibilities.
Network and attend meeting with other agency providers, community members, and government officials to further the agency mission.
Implement all aspects of cultural competency plan.
Coordinate and participate in on-call coverage
Requirements for successful candidates :
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with three of those in a management role with progressive clinical and administrative supervisory experience in mental health/human services field
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling, or other related behavioral health or counseling program
New Jersey professional license required:
LCSW, LSW, which allows for clinical supervision of staff and intern
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details
Possess valid driver's license with driving history compliant with Agency policy
Possess First Aid and CPR certification; agency will provide certification if necessary
