    Administrator- Major Construction - Anaheim, United States - Control Air Conditioning

    Description


    Control Air Enterprises is looking to hire a full-time Major Construction Administrator in our Major Construction Department at our corporate headquarters in Anaheim, CA.

    Applicant will have at least 2 years of office experience and a commute of 30 miles or less to our office.


    Education Requirements:
    High School Graduate
    Some college is a plus.

    Responsibilities include the following:
    o Track/log/process paperwork
    o Data entry
    o Filing/scanning/printing
    o Support Operations and Labor Compliance Manager
    o Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the company.
    o Other duties as assigned
