Job summary
The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in Stericycle's Baltimore autoclave facility ensuring safety efficiency cost savings initiatives are in place Plans schedules production requirements people equipment to support daily weekly monthly sales forecast meet customer needs Oversees trains effective efficient staff Makes recommendations merit increases performance appraisals Monitors operations staff recommends changes methods procedures structure secure optimum utilization resources Administers Company policies procedures communicates ensures compliance Ensures employees performing functions safely productively Makes recommendations changes improvement prevent accidents injuries Ensuring plant meets regulatory safety compliance measures operates productive profitable manner Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction internally externally Initiate actions assure timely resolution identified hazards unsafe conditions practices Perform periodic facility audits review applicable regulatory paperwork e.g biological testing WW testing Participates Operations short long range business planning Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives setup reduction process improvements Other duties assignedResponsibilities
