    Logistics Sales Representative / Account Manager

    Qualifications

    • Experienced in Sales & Logistics (Freight Forwarding)
    • Ability to sell and close deals
    • Knowledge of freight forwarding/NVOCC ops and Excellent working knowledge in shipping business
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Both English & Spanish)
    • Previous experience working in freight forwarding company dealing in AIR & OCEAN FREIGHT
    • Minimum of two(2) years of hands-on experience in AIR & OCEAN FREIGHT EXPORTS
    • Excellent computer skills, use of Excel, Word and Outlook
    • Leadership and Reasoning skills
    • MUST be a self-starter and a high achiever
    • Ability to close sales and convince customers to use company services
    • Ability to resolve practical operational problems and deal with a variety of situations
    • Must be organized and detailed orientated
    • Ability to work in a high pressure environment and multitask
    • Must have a very strong sense of responsibility for completing tasks and achieving goals
    • Must be honest and open in discussions

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to perform freight cost analysis, read ocean freight rates, and general bill of lading terms
    • Find local and international logistics business partners
    • Sell air & ocean freight services
    • Follow up with customers, resolve issues and obtain shipping commitments
    • Set up pricing quotations and meet both sales and margin projections
    • Work with operations staff to provide customers the desired service level
    • Update Company owned software with customer information

    Pay: $45, $55,000.00 per year plus commission
