Job Details

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Supervise employees during overnight store operations, manage inventory efficiently, and ensure merchandise is presented effectively. Create a safe work environment and protect company assets while supporting other managers as needed.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Train associates on proper overnight operation procedures and stocking standards.
• Coach associates to maintain company standards.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure all safety practices are followed.
• Assess work completion and provide feedback to associates.
• Ensure stores comply with stocking standards and procedures.

Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and handle cash.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of safety policies.
• Ability to follow merchandising guidance.

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two to three years of retail experience.
• Previous lead experience preferred.
• Required certifications in food handling.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Frequent walking, bending, and lifting.
• Handling merchandise and equipment.
• Occasional climbing and exposure to various conditions.
