- Assist with the "Three Week Look Ahead" schedule.
- Request pricing for change orders.
- Purchase materials.
- Update Procore daily.
- Assist the PM with Daily Logs.
- Assist the PM in obtaining the completion of the subcontractor's Punch List items.
- Request Close-Out Docs and create a Close-Out Package.
- Collect all final signed-off Permits as applicable.
- Demobilization.
- High School Diploma
- CM degree - Highly Desirable.
- 2 years experience working as a Project Engineer for a General Contractor in commercial construction - Required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications - Required.
- Valid California driver's license with no more than 2 points & valid automobile insurance if driving for the Company - Required.
- Cal-OSHA 10-hour certificate - Required.
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Outlook - Required.
- Making decisions and solving problems.

Job DescriptionWe need a strong PE for our tenant improvement project in Pasadena. The PE will be assigned to the job site in Pasadena. The applicant must have 2 years of experience working as a Project Engineer for a General Contractor in commercial construction AND the ability to read and interpret a full set of construction plans and specs.
