- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Facilitate conversation with customers to discuss forecasts, new items, and obtain missing information
- Create Bill of Materials
- Manage customer supplied and internal customer reports
- Receive and process purchase orders promptly and communicate production updates to customers by working closely with internal stakeholders (production, scheduling, etc.)
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping brokers to schedule finished product pickups
- Responsible for following food quality and safety guidelines
- Assist the front desk with phone calls

This position manages the entire relationship for one of our largest customers from daily communications, entering orders, communicating internal needs, purchasing materials, arranging for pick up, etc.
