Manage habitational real estate underwriting program ensuring that underwriting practices and guidelines are followed and pricing, risk selection, and quality is sound.

General

Liability Habitational Real Estate Coverages:
Apartments, Condominiums, Co-Ops, Hotels, Motels, Hospices, Assisted Living Facilities, etc.

Build strong relationships with wholesale brokers and work to ensure continued business.

• Implement, execute, and manage the underwriting appetite, guidelines, referrals, and authorities.

• Underwrite risk utilizing claims history, financial status, and rate plans to determine coverage limits, pricing, conditions, and terms.

• Provide guidance, leadership, and motivation to staff underwriters, training team members in novel techniques.
