- FNS team needs to perform a gap analysis of the the FNS first level documentation and provide recommendations and new documentation to FNS first level support.
- Documentation includes technical instruction books, notices, handbook and other technical directives.
- Works independently with limited supervision.
- Provides expertise in first level maintenance documentation requirements analysis and development of technical documentation

- High School Diploma or GED required and ten (10) years of related experience including at
- An Associate's Degree in a related field will be accepted in lieu of two (2) years of experience.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field will be accepted in lieu of fur (4) years of experience.
- Develop and manage system engineering artifacts; system requirements artifacts; system testing artifacts; required product baseline artifacts
- Possess a technical understanding of the maintenance of NAS systems.
- Review technical documentation and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Track and audit documentation redlines.
- Support system development/testing/integration/deployment activities
- Develop and manage system engineering artifacts; system requirements artifacts; system testing artifacts; required product baseline artifacts
- Experience in developing NAS technical documentation
- Experience with NAS second level engineering
- Proficient technical writing and oral communication skills
- Must be willing to travel
- Successful candidate is subject to a background investigation by the government and must be able to meet the requirements to hold a position of public trust
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US
- Has been living in the US for at least the past 3 years
