Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Logistics Manager to join our team in Quincy, FL.

The individual will be responsible for managing the transportation of raw materials and goods, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining control over inventory.

Key responsibilities include scheduling rail shipments, managing the rail fleet, controlling warehouse inventory, scheduling orders, and ensuring accurate and timely shipping of products.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for ordering materials and ensuring production stays on schedule.

The role also involves generating reports, ordering shipping and packaging materials, and working with ERP systems.Hard Skills

The successful candidate will oversee a team that includes 2 shipping coordinators, 2 CDL drivers, and 2 forklift operators. The plant environment is characterized by heat and dust from minerals. A strong personality is essential to thrive in this setting.
