- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Provide therapy services to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and independence in daily activities
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to enhance function
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Virginia
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
