    Minimum 1+ years occupational therapy experience required.

    We are partnering with a school in the Crosby, Texas area to find afull-time, onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) for the full school year. We are looking for a compassionate candidate wanting to work with students of varying levelsin grades K - 12th. This is a full-time position, 32 hours a week, Monday - Thursday.

    Position Details:

    • Full-time / 32 hours per week, Monday - Thursday
    • Caseload: students, multiple school sites, specific caseload information will be discussed during the interview process
    • Pay Range: $20 - $45 per hour, depending on previous experience

    Requirements:

    • Must have an active Texas OT License
    • Must have Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Must be licensed through the Texas Board

    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' motor, sensory, cognitive, and functional abilities to determine eligibility for occupational therapy services.
    • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student, focusing on skills such as fine and gross motor coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
    • Advocate for students' needs and collaborate with the educational team to ensure a supportive and inclusive school environment.
