- Developing and administering the Global Security Program policy and supporting technology tools; including new standards formulation and helping international markets assess the maturity of their programs against the standards.
- Identifying and proliferating tools reporting and technology to help the markets advance their security program; develop a central repository to house the tools, which serves like a library of professional resources; update the tools and the site at which they are maintained.
- Develop and refine processes and reporting to assess risk, identify mitigation measures or resources and help execute the implementation.
- Serve as the Business Continuity coordinator for International Support Team, ensuing plans are updated, business function leaders participate in exercises, and developed and maintain the crisis management plan.
- Help define and implement the security requirements for newly established international offices.
- Routinely liaise with Diplomatic Security, OSAC and U.S. Embassy RSOs and Legal Attaches as well as benchmark with external company security teams
- Provide global security leaders training on tools such as ESRI, OSAC reports, and intelligence interpretation.
- Use a background of experience in all facets of security to bring value add to other parts of Global Security
- Leverage knowledge of asset protection and operations to develop Total Loss program guidance in collaboration with International Retail Markets.
- You have a proven track record of organizing / facilitating best practice sharing across markets and with global subject matter experts,
- You have experience responding to and supporting the needs and requirements of international security leaders and teams.
- You have worked with global stakeholders to help develop and facilitate training and development opportunities for
international security leaders and teams.
