    Job DescriptionSalary: Starting at $25/hour

    Studco is looking for a Receiving & Inventory Specialist to join its Supply Chain team

    The Receiving & Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and correct inventory, ensuring bin location accuracy, performing cycle counts, working with Finance to verify any discrepancies as well as performing all receiving responsibilities. This position will be during our first shift hours from 7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for supporting inventory activities in Netsuite for all product for both the factory and office.
    • Enter appropriate transactions into Netsuite ERP System.
    • Count and verify the accuracy of orders being received in and shipped out.
    • Elevate any discrepancies or issues to management so proper action can be taken.
    • Ensure effective utilization of production/warehouse area and control inventory counts.
    • Works closely with other departments to ensure bin locations are accurately maintained
    • Monitors/completes inventory cycle counts and provides records of all audits, counts and adjustments to finance for final review and approval.
    • Analyzes inventory and data records to effectively manage min and max levels
    • Effectively organizing the warehouse and maintaining stock levels.
    • Assist manufacturing and logistics departments with regards to incoming deliveries of materials and supplies as needed.
    • Receives in all goods accurately and in a timely manner, within 8 business hours
    • Checks all incoming product for quantity, QA, labeling and descriptions and receives into Netsuite.
    • Transports the product to correct bin locations, maintains FIFO and organization within bin location.
    • Repositions returned items to their proper bin location and verifies these transactions are entered into ERP System
    • Liaises with Purchasing and Procurement and planners on incoming inventory.
    • Manages all incoming coil receipts
    • Supporting Logistics Supervisor in maintaining bin locations accuracy and peer accountability of Logistics team
    • Supports the coordination and execution of annual physical inventory audits and
    • Maintains proper SOP's for warehouse and inventory monitoring systems and procedures.
