    Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust/estate accountings, and funding calculations
    Manage trust administration, probate, and conservatorships
    Draft initial versions of trusts, petitions, proposed orders, declarations, and supplements
    File court documents, including e-filing
    Coordinate court appearances and organize case files for hearings
    Act as a liaison with clients, law firms, trustees, settlement brokers, financial advisors, bond companies, court clerks, and other stakeholders


    Qualifications:
    Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in trust & estates law or a related field
    Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Actionstep is a plus


    Job Type:
    Full-time


    Pay:
    $65, $90,000.00 per year
