- Greet all patients, families and hospital visitors with a positive, cheerful attitude
- Be knowledgeable on RGH's services
- Serve as a main communications person for the department,
- Register clinic and outpatient patients efficiently and accurately,
- Admit patients to inpatient or observation status at time of admission
