First-year earnings for a Termite Technician range from $37,500 to $45,000, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
As a Termite Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will play a crucial role in protecting homes, businesses, and other structures from termite damage.
This position involves performing inspections, applying treatments, and ensuring the health and safety of our clients' properties.Impact — Directly help people by solving their termite issues and enhancing their peace of mind.

Conduct termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and working in crawl spaces.
Carry out detailed inspections for termites.
Document and report on service activities, maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
Manage and maintain service vehicles and equipment in line with company and regulatory standards.
At least 2 years of work experience in any field; Have or obtain the California Field Rep Termite License.
