    Position Overview:

    Calling all passionate attorneys Are you ready to dive into the world of Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies? They're seeking an enthusiastic individual with 1-6+ years of consumer bankruptcy experience to join their team. But hey, if you're a fresh face in the legal scene bursting with potential, we're all ears This role isn't just a job; it's a springboard for advancement, offering a competitive salary, full benefits, and endless

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Embark on thrilling court appearances and occasional jaunts for hearings and meetings.
    • Delve into the intricacies of preparing and scrutinizing court filings, from proofs of claim to adversary complaints.
    • Channel your legal prowess into drafting responses to motions and other filings that make waves.
    • Dive into the trenches of discovery processes, strategizing with our stellar team of co-counsel and colleagues.
    • Join the battlefield of telephone conferences, negotiating resolutions like a true legal warrior.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • Master of federal and state bankruptcy laws and regulations? Check
    • Tactful handling of sensitive financial matters? Absolutely essential.
    • Armed with research skills sharper than Excalibur and analytical thinking that could move mountains.
    • Negotiation skills that could broker peace in the Wild West.

    Education and Experience:
