Interim L&D Manager - Greater Los Angeles Area
Great opportunity for an Interim L&D Manager to join a large system with ample opportunity for process improvement. The ideal leader will be collaborative and visible with their team.
This position will be varied between days and nights.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven leadership experience in a union facility
- Active California RN license
- Calm, communicative, and team-oriented leadership style
- Full-time, onsite interim role with travel home.
- Ability to start within 2-4 weeks from date of offer.
