The Grants Management Program Specialist III conducts independent audits and examinations of the accounts and records of various grant recipients to ensure compliance with State and County regulations, policies, guidelines and requirements. They review grant applications, requests for payment, and quarterly financial and narrative reports for accuracy and completeness.
