Root Cause underlying reasons for any discrepancies from the goals and offer suggestions for corrective measuresActive involvement in Sales, Inventory, Operations, and Planning (SIOP) meetings.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful? 5 to 7 years of experience in production/inventory/demand planning fieldExperience in Engineered-to

Who will you report to?SIOP Leader What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Experience with continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)Understanding of Planning & Scheduling Methods (APICS and/or LEAN)Capacity to synthetize information into actionable activity.

Experience writing Programing languages (R, Python, etc) a plus.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Cultivate a rapport of respect among cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization.
