- Monitor the patient call back clinical phone line; notify appropriate clinician regarding patient needs and issues.
- Make initial phone contacts with patients requiring clinical visits.
- Work closely with clinical staff in obtaining required documentation in a timely manner; including DocuSign
- Schedule appointments for clinical visits/virtual visits; create and close routes assigned to clinicians
- Assist the clinical staff with patient follow-up phone calls and complete the needed clinical notes in the computer.
- As appropriate, act as liaison between the customer service department and the clinical staff.
- Assist patients with basic CPAP/VPAP troubleshooting
- Direct patients to appropriate departments with concerns
- Review compliance with patients and instruct with guidelines to meet insurance compliance requirements
- Other job-related duties as requested by management.; including special projects to identify areas of process improvement.
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Previous education and/or work experience in the healthcare field preferred.
