Operations Manager - New York, United States - All'Antico Vinaio
Description
Famed Italian Sandwich Shop All'Antico Vinaio is looking for an Assistant Regional Director of Operations to oversee its four (and growing) NYC stores.
Responsibilities will include:
Traveling between the stores each day to ensure quality control and operational execution.
Ensuring stores are fully compliant in adherance to DOH standards at all times.
Coordinating catering orders and private events
Monitoring inventory of each store's products
Assisting with HR functions such as hiring, disciplinary action and payroll.
Stepping in and working sandwich line and cash register when needed.
Assisting in all aspects of new store openings
Assisting with social media and customer outreach.
Handling email inquiries from outside parties.
Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience managing a quick service food establishment.
Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish language a huge plus.
NYC Food Handlers Card
Ability to multitask and take direction.
